Authentic, Historic, Private Riad with salon, kitchen and two bedrooms with comfortable premium mattresses (2 beds, metric: 200cm x 140cm / imperial: 6'6.7'' x 4'7''), a little sofa bed in the salon (metric: 160cm x 70cm / imperial: 5'3'' x 2'3'') as well as a cot/crib for your baby or toddler (on demand). Hence, we have space for 4 adults and 1 child and 1 toddler (kids and toddlers must be constantly supervised by their parents to ensure their safety). One patio with a little water fountain, and three terraces with gardens (plants and trees), for relaxing, a drink or sunbathing. The highest terrace includes a barbecue place that you can use at your convenience. A little "staircase to heaven" opens up the skies over Marrakech for you with beautiful views of the Atlas mountains (whenever there's not too much desert sand in the air). You can prepare your own meals in the well equipped kitchen (stove, cooktop, microwave, coffee grinder, coffee machine, little grill, blender, juice maker, fridge/freezer, kitchenware) or order food from us (breakfast, lunch, dinner on demand), or get meals delivered, or eat out in one of the many nearby restaurants (some of them top class!) - detailed information provided before arrival. Services such as lunch, dinner, massage, bicycle renting are available upon request (extra charges apply). Breakfast is included where explicitly indicated in your booking conditions. If it is not included, you can add it for €15–€30 per day, depending on the number of guests. Entire private home! Guests can use all spaces of the riad. A booklet with detailed information is provided before arrival. Specifically, guests are welcome to use the well-equipped kitchen, the electric fireplace (in the winter), the stereo equipment, the traditional Moroccan hammam combined with steam sauna, the little jacuzzi (heatable during colder winter days), and the three open-air terraces for views and sun bathing. Riad Kiwi can be reached through little narrow and winding alleys deep in the old Medina. Car (taxi) access 250m. The Riad's manager meets you at check in and whenever you have questions or need help. We also arrange airport transfer (Marrakech airport) for you if you wish. In addition, the owner is available by texting or phone. Calm and neighborhood. Riad at the end of a narrow, little lane, about 100m from Rue Azbezt. Next parking is approximately 12 minutes away (by foot). Shuttle service available (from the airport or train station). The different floors of the Riad are connected by several staircases. Therefore, the Riad is not suitable for handicapped people. If you are traveling with a young toddler, or little children, constant supervision is essential to ensure their safety.
